Enhancing AI-powered business communications. How the Ukrainian startup ConnectiveOne works

Лідія Неплях 29 мая 2025, 13:27

In our recurring Who Are These People segment, Vector offers founders the opportunity to discuss their projects, covering aspects such as their products, marketing strategies, monetisation, investments, and plans. The focus this time is on ConnectiveOne, a Ukrainian startup offering an AI-powered platform for automating omnichannel business communications.

Vector’s editor-in-chief Yuliia Tkach interviewed Serhii Kravtsov, CEO and co-founder, about the product’s features, promotion, investments, and plans.

The startup’s two co-founders are also the minds behind the service company Evergreen:

Working on custom projects for a wide range of clients inspired the founders to create a versatile product for customer communications. Launched as Kwizbot in 2020, the project underwent a rebranding in 2024 and is now called ConnectiveOne.

«We recognised the potential to merge technical solutions with business requirements to significantly reshape customer interactions. We utilised Evergreen’s expertise and streamlined processes. Connective truly represents our work for clients, signifying that we go beyond the boundaries of platforms, channels, and even technology», — Serhii explains about launching the startup.

The team currently has over 20 specialists, including managers, developers, sales, and support staff. They are actively seeking candidates for positions in sales, AI R&D, technical support, and testing.

Product and audience

ConnectiveOne is an AI-powered platform for automating omnichannel business communications. It operates across all of the company’s digital channels: website, messengers, and internal systems

Here’s how it works:

The co-founder elaborates: «Our product drives significant improvements in key business metrics for our clients, such as reduced TTR (time to resolution), faster TFR (first response time), and higher FCR (first contact resolution rate), which boosts CSAT (customer satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score). By automating manual tasks and relieving agents from routine work, we empower our clients’ teams to concentrate on more complex and engaging challenges, offer enhanced empathy and personalized service, leading to greater customer loyalty, increased purchases, and stronger recommendations.

Leading companies like VARUS, Uklon, Foxtrot, Megogo, Sweet.tv, Apteka 911, and Luksoptica are among our valued clients.

The product operates in Ukraine and serves clients in Asia, the UK, as well as Central and Eastern European countries. Testing is underway, notably in the United Kingdom. As the founder explains, the product is designed for companies with support or sales teams of at least 10 agents seeking to scale their business without a proportional increase in personnel costs.

Business model and marketing strategy

The product operates on a B2B SaaS model. ConnectiveOne offers three main subscription plans.

Their promotion strategy uses standard B2B SaaS channels: LinkedIn for personalised content and outreach, Google Ads for targeted advertising, and active engagement at technology, business, and AI events. They are building alliances with digital agencies, CRM providers, and other technology products. Lead generation is handled by the marketing manager. They also organise their own events, bringing together Ukrainian CX specialists.

Investments

The parent company provided the funding for development, which totalled around $500,000 in the first few years. Serhii explains that the product eventually reached a break-even point, allowing them to channel the operating profit into further expansion.

The startup secured non-equity funding from Google’s Ukraine Support Fund in 2024. With active participation ongoing in multiple accelerator programmes, the company is now poised to seek additional investment to scale its operations across international markets.

Plans

Their primary focus is on international expansion: «Our plans include increasing profitability and enhancing operational efficiency. The company’s strategic goal is to be the premier AI business communication product and to gain recognition as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant (a series of market research reports from Gartner, the renowned research and consulting firm, which uses its own qualitative data analysis to highlight market trends). Despite the ambitious nature of this goal, the company is strongly positioned for serious achievements», — summarises Serhii Kravtsov.
